Patterns

Pile height as usual mean the face yarn height from 3.0mm-7.0mm with different pattern.
Also depend on different yarn material: PP, Nylon.
The pile height will change the look and feeling of carpet tile. And there is no ideal who can tell you which pile height is the best way. But depend on customer. Different space will have different needs.

The largest dyeing vat can dye 1 ton of yarn at one time. Advanced dyeing technology and formula ensure that there is no color difference in each batch of carpets.
Our special technology makes it our carpet color brighter and nature than others. Also, the color fastness is very stability.
Our factory owns 15 high speed Axminster carpet production looms, just one loom worth more than 10 million RMB, compared with other old types, ours production capacity is two or three times. Especially the automatic yarn changing System, which replaces the traditional manual yarn changing process and increases the production efficiency by triple. Furthermore, we introduce automatic packaging line for packing, not only the labor cost is greatly reduced, but the work efficiency is also greatly improved.

We own the only national-level enterprise carpet testing center of 2200 square meters with complete facilities, and has passed the certification of China Conformity Assessment Committee (CANS) and China Classification Society (CCS).

We have 5 quality inspection lines. All products will be strictly inspected before loading, and the inspector will inspect the goods strictly according to the order requirements.
